NG= Next Generation
The new Futura NG-3D is a redesigned version of the well known Futura V2 3D, the production takes place out of brand new and improved molds. The former-construction was redesigned , and some additional carbon-fibre reinforcements were added to the wing and stabilizer structure. Some fuselage formers are made of full carbon fibre now. The plane is lighter as the Futura V2 3D and much more pre-fabricated. The new Futura NG 3D is only available painted with color scheme „X“ .

Characteristics:

• Light sandwich construction of the complete airframe (glass-fibre / AIREX), much lighter than the standard Futura
• Extremely durable construction (for 3D flying)
• Pre-installed and optimized wing- and stabilizer-joiners
• Pre-installed wing- and stabilizer-mounting and screwing
• Pre-installed rudders with gurney flaps
• Pre-installed rudder horns
• Larger air-intakes and ducting
• Canopy holding and closing system (carbon hooks)
• Pre-installed 3D vector-tailpipe for up to 350N
• Pre-installed 5,2L kevlar tank
• Ready for installation of ELECTRON landing gears
