Full Composite Glider
High performance scale-glider with ultra-modern construction. The plane is designed by a professional aerodynamic engineer who did the CAD drawings. The wing geometrics and airfoil was calculated by the aerodynamic engineer based on the optimum for this size and weight. The fuselage is made in full-composite construction , reinforced with carbon-fibre . The rectangle wingjoiner is made from carbon-fibre. The wings are made in full carbon-fibre sandwich composite construction , they are sheeted with 50g glass-fibre cloth to get a smooth surface. All parts are painted white in the mold.

The plane will be delivered at very high pre-fabrication status, all rudders are already hinged and made as elastic flaps with wipers to cover the gaps. The wing- and tail-mountings are already installed, the rudder-horns and servo-mounts are partially glued in , or laid by ( CNC milled) . The cockpit is ready with seats and instrument-panels , the canopy is already glued to the frame . The plane can be powered with a fold up EDF, Tobcon power unit , or FES motor system. There is one set of wingtips and in addition to this a set of optional winglets included in the box
