Split wings for maximum transport convenience. No part is longer than 2.05 m.

The model was designed using CAD by an aerodynamicist, accordingly the wing geometry and airfoil have been individually calculated aerodynamically and represent the optimum for this size and weight. The fuselage is constructed in full composite construction from fiberglass with carbon fiber reinforcements, the wing connection is a solid rectangular carbon fiber connector. The wings are manufactured in elaborate full carbon fiber composite sandwich shell construction and for a perfect surface, a fine 50g/m² glass fabric is used as the first cover layer. All parts are painted white in the mold with 2K paint. The fuselage seam is sanded, filled and painted.

The model is delivered in a high degree of prefabrication. All control surfaces are completely hinged and executed as elastic flaps with gap sealing lips on the wing. The wing and empennage bolted connections are completely manufactured and the control horns are already glued. The cockpit is completely built with seat tub and instrument panel, the canopy is completely installed including the canopy locking mechanism . The model is suitable for installation of a retractable EDF or an FES drive system.
