The fuselage is made in full-composite construction, reinforced with carbon-fibre. The rectangle wingjoiner is made from carbon-fibre. The wings are made in full carbon-fibre sandwich composite construction, they are sheeted with 50g glass-fibre cloth to get a smooth surface. All parts are painted white in the mold.

The plane will be delivered at very high pre-fabrication status, all rudders are already hinged and made as elastic flaps with wipers to cover the gaps. The wing- and tail-mountings are already installed, the rudder-horns and servo-mounts are partially glued in, or laid by (CNC milled). The cockpit is ready with seats and instrument-panels, the canopy is already glued to the frame. The plane can be powered with a fold up EDF, Tobcon power unit, or FES motor system.
